• A2P 10DLC registration and carrier requirements

• Consent, opt-in, opt-out, and record-keeping obligations

• All applicable federal, state, and international laws

REROI.IO LLC does not provide legal advice, guarantee deliverability, or warrant carrier or platform approval. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, abuse, deceptive practices, excessive complaints, or policy violations.

AI, Automation, and SaaS Tools

Our Services may include AI chat, AI voice, AdMaster AI, CRM tools, automations, and SaaS products offered through REROI.IO and ROI Suites™.

• AI outputs are generated based on system logic, training data, and user input

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, compliant, or suitable for any specific purpose

• Client remains responsible for reviewing, approving, and using all AI-generated content

Use of AI and SaaS tools is subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Third-Party Integrations and Connected Services

The Services may integrate with or allow connections to third-party platforms and applications through direct integrations or via our marketplace. These integrations may include, but are not limited to:

Google Calendar, Google Accounts, Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), TikTok Lead Ads, TikTok Messaging, LinkedIn integrations, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Clio, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Basecamp, Typeform, Asana, and other third-party tools made available through our integration marketplace.

Client acknowledges that use of any third-party integration is optional and subject to the terms, policies, pricing, availability, and limitations imposed by the respective third-party provider. REROI.IO LLC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, service performance, outages, policy changes, compliance actions, or pricing decisions of third-party platforms.

By enabling or connecting any integration, Client expressly authorizes REROI.IO LLC to transmit data to and from such third-party providers as necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

Additional integrations may be added, modified, or removed through our marketplace without prior notice.

Use of third-party integrations is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Refunds, Cancellations, and Data Policy.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information:

• To trusted service providers assisting with operations, analytics, hosting, AI, messaging, or payment processing

• To comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, court orders, or lawful requests

• To protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Company, users, and the platform
